Free Shipping on everything we sale unless otherwise noted in the product description. This includes all shipments within the contiguous United States. NO MINIMUMS!!!
Some items do ship internationally for an extra charge. Please feel free to contact : customerservice@heartsattic.com for a quote prior to placing your order. Be sure to include a list of the products you'd like to purchase, your shipping address, phone number, and the email address to which we should send a Paypal invoice (we currently only accept Paypal payments for orders shipped abroad). A member of our Customer Service team will contact you to make all the arrangements. If there is a shipping charge we are not in business to "profit" from shipping; you are charged what we are charged.
Please allow up to 5 business days for processing. Within those 5 business days you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped from the warehouse containing your UPS or FedEx tracking number(s). Please allow 2-10 business days from the time your order is shipped for UPS or FedEx to deliver your package(s). UPS and FedEx deliveries are made Monday - Friday with no advance call.
We process and ship your order in the most cost-efficient way possible so we can pass the savings on to you in the form of free shipping.
***Some products ship from overseas. The average travel time for a container vessel from Asia to the U.S. is between two weeks and a month. Documentation, customs clearance, handling, and inland shipping can add 17 to 33 days to the total shipping time from most emerging market regions, and another 6 days once goods reach the United States.
Please make sure your contact information is current and valid just in the even there is an issue with delivery. UPS or FedEx will make up to 3 delivery attempts; after the third failed attempt the packages(s) will be returned to our warehouse and we will issue a credit for your merchandise minus round trip shipping fees and a 15% restocking fee.
